Background

I have been a Neonatal ICU nurse in Phoenix for 6 years and I started my photography venture in 2020 as a portrait photography "side gig." I built my basic foundations in all of the fundamentals of photography as I made emphasis on different types of portraiture from newborns and children to families, mothers and boudoir. All the while, my heart was set on photographing God's beautiful creation of nature, landscapes and anything remotely Christian-based.

I began strengthening my relationship with Jesus and became more devout in studying his word, the Catholic faith, and to live my life with the sole aim to do His will and be a servant to Him. As I began a family with my husband and had my daughter in early 2024, and took a step back to reanalyze my aim with photography. Shortly after, I was presented with the opportunity to photograph events for the Diocese of Phoenix.

Values

Authenticity: I show myself as I am and as God made me. I have learned slowly that there is a beautiful vulnerability in showing the world who you really are, and there is so much value in the uniqueness of each individual. I am not the kind of person that's reserved in offering an inviting smile, a laugh, or a warm hug. I am not the kind of photographer that sticks to a script or feels a bit stiff to work with. I am bubbly, happy, uplifting, and hold myself to a high standard - and this is exactly what you can expect from me.

Miracle of Life: God's miraculous work allows for the conception of every soul, and preserving that soul is an obligation and a duty. My work reflects the Catholic faith, along with its values, teachings and morals.

Family: Preservation of the family unit in a society that puts such little value on its sanctity is of utmost importance for myself and my business. My work reflects the love between mother and father, parents and children, and the church.

Being the Good: I strive to be the good that God wants to see in the world, even when it is challenging. No matter what the circumstance, my business and my daily habits reflect the outcomes of putting my trust solely in the Lord and praying for those who need God in their lives.
